Rates for the 2010 season

Rates for the 2010 season (starts May 15, 2010)

Main House (2 bedrooms): One to five people, May thru September: $205    per night $200    per night, 3 or 4 nights $195    per night, 5 or 6 nights $1330  per week * * * * * * * * Terrace Suite (3 bedrooms): One to four people, May thru September:  $225     per night  $220     per night, 3 or 4 nights  $215     per night, 5 or 6 nights  $1365   per week Additional guests (up to six total):       $10        per night per person

Please note that all rates are currently subject to the 4% lodging tax plus the 7% city/borough sales tax.   Please review our policies regarding bookings and cancellations.
